You can set task reminders and alerts for yourself as part of an interaction in Rubi which means you’ll never forget another appointment or call-back request again.  Rubi also has an alert function that enables you to send alerts to other members of staff so they can be made immediately aware of a pending item.  In addition, Rubi is integrated with MS Outlook so you can easily add appointments directly to your calendar from Rubi.
